Microsoft Exchange
Server, the most reliable, advanced and secure award winning server. Still many
times it reflects some superfluous errors and these errors further lead to
Exchange EDB mailbox corruption. These
pop up error messages interrupt the process of email communication and halt all
server related functions. These errors even don’t allow the user to restart the
Server easily.

Exchange Server Corruption, Corruption Causes and the Resolution
An email based communication server 'Microsoft Exchange Server' contains all the data of Outlook. This means, whatever you perform in Outlook is immediately synchronized with the Exchange Server.
Exchange Server uses database files ‘EDB’ to store all the Outlook information including email messages, calendars, notes and every other data item. It is obvious that EDB files are very important to keep the data safe. Unfortunately, corruption in EDB files may be caused due to malfunction, human errors, virus infection missing database objects, and improper system shutdown. The two types of corruption may occur in EDB database:

Famous Exchange Server Errors with EDB Recovery
We all Exchange Server users know that there are some errors that come often while we work on Server machine. Here we are going to discuss some Exchange error codes with their possible cause and their solution also. Some of them are as follows:-
"Operation terminated with error -1003
0xFFFFFC15 JET_errInvalidParameter Invalid API parameter 4294966293"
Main reason behind the occurrence of this error is when any damage or corruption happens in Exchange server then the database becomes inaccessible and above error is reported. In such conditions you are allowed neither to access mailbox nor send or receive emails from Exchange database. To overcome this situation you need Exchange Server repair.

Exchange Server And It's Reason for Corruption
As we all know that Exchange Server
use EDB and STM files to store its data. Exchange Server stores all
its default mailboxes in Priv1.edb and Priv1.stm files. There are
many tables in .edb file that contains meta data for all e-mails and
other items in the Exchange store.
Database(EDB+STM)+Entries in
transaction logs(LOG File)= Current Database
By the corporate perspective EDB file
in the Exchange server is the most important part because it consists
all required or non required files and folders thats why there are
many chances of corruption. EDB file stores all mailboxes with their
whole items like attachments, emails, calender events, etc. Or once
it will corrupt you have chance to loose all data.
If such type of any occurrence happen
like virus attack, hardware-or software failure, and sudden power
failure etc and because of that your EDB file get corrupted, no need
to worry there are many methods for repairing EDB file and
the recovery of its data.
