Exchange Server And It's Reason for Corruption

As we all know that Exchange Server use EDB and STM files to store its data. Exchange Server stores all its default mailboxes in Priv1.edb and Priv1.stm files. There are many tables in .edb file that contains meta data for all e-mails and other items in the Exchange store.

Database(EDB+STM)+Entries in transaction logs(LOG File)= Current Database
By the corporate perspective EDB file in the Exchange server is the most important part because it consists all required or non required files and folders thats why there are many chances of corruption. EDB file stores all mailboxes with their whole items like attachments, emails, calender events, etc. Or once it will corrupt you have chance to loose all data.
If such type of any occurrence happen like virus attack, hardware-or software failure, and sudden power failure etc and because of that your EDB file get corrupted, no need to worry there are many methods for repairing EDB file and the recovery of its data.

Though it is very turbulent process to wait for the recovery of EDB file data but if Exchange database file get corrupt, a positive approach can be helpful to retrieve all data from it. Only You need to be so strong to get back your lost data quickly with all mailbox information of each and every users from whole database. Now in computer era all solution is available on line. You just need to search and you will get all methods and Exchange Server Recovery Software there. From here you can choose the best one.
Usually virus problem and this kind of issues are the main cause behind this corruption. As a result your Exchange server starts show error messages on the screen and then become the first step to affect the stored database. Or if your EDB file is damage, it's a duty of an IT administrator to rectify this issue as soon as possible so that the official work is not halted for long hours and required information can be resumed quickly.
This type of incident happen accidentally, though while working on Exchange Server, we are very careful because we are working on the complete-data-container EDB file and any mistake can be the reason of suffering all people's work.

You can save your Exchange Server database by keeping some points in your mind, that we generally don't notice:-

While copying or backing up the EDB mailbox, you must close all the application otherwise it may lead to it corruption.

A heavy virus with too-high damage capabilities can intrude into the server machine and inflict the damages onto the EDB file. So be attentive when you use any hard disk or internet connection.

A sudden deletion of a user's account or mailbox from the server led to the damage. So if you want to delete anything before that take a backup of the whole database.

An attempt of moving one user account from one particular mailbox to some other one, can also be the reason of Exchange mailboxes corruption.

Sometimes storage space issue can corrupt the EDB file. Because the whole data is stored in EDB file but there is a limit of storage so it is also the reason of corruption.
Here are some possible and very little cause that if we pay attention, can save our EDB file. Whatever be the cause for the damage, only EDB recovery is the solution for gaining lost data. There comes some default utility like ESEUTIL and ISINTEG. They works in recovery of damaged EDB file but up to a extant.
For the disaster recovery you have to choose some third party tool like Stellar Phoenix Exchange Server Recovery Software. These tools come in three license version and provide facility to store data in user preferred location. This Exchange EDB recovery group ware can be installed in any version on Exchange Server.
